2nd February 2026 – Tree Accountancy has announced the acquisition of the full client portfolio of Pomegranate Consulting Limited, strengthening its presence in the region and extending its accountancy and advisory offering to more businesses.
The move forms part of Tree’s ambitious growth strategy, expanding its client base and furthering its ability to provide a wider range of services. The acquisition also brings Azeem Jilani who joins Tree as a Tax Senior, Joanna Mazik as Accountant, and Simon Vincent as Manager.
