We are proud to announce that Imogen Brown has been promoted to Practice Manager.
Imogen joined Tree back in January (2025) and instantly made an impact to the business. Having previously worked as a Resource Planning Coordinator, Imogen brought with her operational management experience, which she has seamlessly integrated into the Tree team.

As a Senior Administrator in the Business Support Team, Imogen was involved in several key areas of the business.
From streamlining internal workflow processes, to ensuring clients experience a smooth onboarding process, she excelled in a role that required strong organisational skills, effective communication, and cross-team collaboration.
In her new role, Imogen is responsible for:
- Managing the client onboarding process
- Supporting with business growth and development
- Improving operational efficiency
- Motivating the team and driving results
- Leading and developing two team members
