What a year 2025 has been for Tree!
It has been a year of growth – not just for our team, but for the businesses we support every day.
Our Work
We have continued to invest in our different services, staying up to date with the latest skills, expertise, and innovations, enabling us to provide high-quality support to our clients across the UK, with accounts, audit, payroll, tax, and growth and advisory.
Growth and advisory has been a key focus for us this year, helping businesses to scale and make decisions with confidence. It has been amazing to work with so many driven businesses, of different sizes, at different stages in their growth journey. From guiding smaller businesses through the investment and funding process, to facilitating operational and cultural change in large organisations – we have supported our clients with putting the necessary plans in place to help them reach their goals.
Our People
At Tree, our people are our greatest asset. We’ve continued to build out our team with the addition of 7 new members across Audit, Growth and Advisory, Outsourcing and Business Support. Within this cohort, we saw 3 apprentices join – enthusiastic and ready to develop their skills, whilst gaining valuable experience.
This investment in our team is a direct response to our growing client base and the services we provide – bringing in new sets of skills and expertise to help us keep innovating and delivering services with excellence. As well as investing in new talent, supporting the growth and development of our existing team is very important to us – and that is why we retained our ACCA Approved Employer – Trainee Development, Platinum accreditation, an accreditation that we’ve held for over 15 years.
This year we have also invested further in our Business Support function, introducing our Marketing team, helping to rollout and support with the delivery of a new strategy.
A particular highlight from the year was celebrating a 10-year milestone for not one, but two team members! We are incredibly proud to be a business where individuals want to progress and build their career.
Our Values & Culture
As a business we’ve grown and evolved, and so 2025 felt like the right time to step back, reflect on who we are today, and what we want to stand for tomorrow. After a workshop with the whole team, we launched our new company values: Ambition, Dedication, Collaboration, and Innovation. Our values demonstrate what is important to us and can be seen in how the Tree team shows up day-to-day and will continue to guide us going forward.
Alongside all the hard work, we had a lot of fun too, particularly during our monthly socials. Our annual trip to Haydock Races was a firm favourite, closely followed by darts at Flight Club, bowling at Wynwood Lanes, and our very own Paint N Sip in the Tree office.
In March, the entire team took part in a ‘Step into Spring’ challenge – encouraging individuals to get moving and record their steps from the start to the end of March. With the leaderboard displayed front and centre in the office, everyone got involved (especially to be in with a chance of winning one of the exclusive prizes!).
We also dedicated time to helping others in 2025. We collected toy donations for Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas which helps provide children living in poverty with a gift to open on Christmas day.
